Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a passionate, creative, and performance driven professionals to join Akij Venture Group as Assistant Manager / Senior Executive-Brand.

Routine/Regular Job:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that meet brand objectives.

  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and insights that aid in the development of new products.

  • Managing creative agencies and vendors to create compelling brand campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

  • Developing and implementing social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.

  • Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that all new products are aligned with the brand’s positioning and values.

Non-Routine/Periodical Job:

  • Coordinating with internal teams such as trade marketing, sales, supply chain, and distribution to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Analyzing and reporting on brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven marketing decisions.

  • Preparing, monitoring, and managing annual marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

  • Performing any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
