Experience:
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing & Switching or Enterprise.
MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) or MTCRE.
CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA A+.
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
CompTIA Server+ or CompTIA Linux+.
VMware Certified Technical Associate (VCTA) or VCP-DCV.
Fortinet NSE 1,2 – Network Security Professional (FortiGate Firewall).
Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, switching, Wi-Fi management.
Firewall: Fortinet FortiGate, MikroTik — hands-on configuration experience.
Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File & Print Services, Remote Desktop Services.
Linux Server: Basic to intermediate administration (CentOS, Ubuntu Server).
Virtualization: VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V, day-to-day VM management.
Email: Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Google Workspace account and security management.
CCTV: IP camera setup, NVR/DVR configuration, and network-based surveillance management.
Backup Tools: Veeam, Acronis, Windows Backup, or equivalent solutions.
IT Infrastructure & Hardware:
1. Design, deploy, and maintain servers, storage, cloud/hybrid environments, and physical infrastructure (cabling, racks, cable dressing).
2. Install and configure IT devices: desktops, laptops, printers, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, access control, and biometric systems.
3. Manage operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), business applications, and IP telephony/conferencing tools.
4. Ensure server backup, disaster recovery readiness, and accurate IT asset inventory management.
Network Administration:
1. Design and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure including MikroTik/Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
2. Monitor network performance and bandwidth, proactively resolve bottlenecks and ensure maximum uptime.
3. Perform UTP cable termination, IP management, and structured cabling across all sites.
4. Liaise with ISPs and vendors for connectivity, repairs, and SLA management.
It Support & End-User Services:
1. Provide L1/L2 technical support in person and via remote tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer); manage ticketing and SLA compliance.
2. Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and ERP access across the organization.
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal business disruption.
4. Escalate critical incidents (server downtime, cyber threats) immediately and conduct user training as needed.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
1. Enforce IT security policies, patch management, antivirus/firewall protection, and data backup procedures.
2. Implement network security controls, firewalls, VPN, access control — and conduct periodic security audits.
3. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
ERP Implementation & Digital Transformation:
1. Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation, requirements mapping, go-live, UAT, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
2. Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units (Finance, HR, Operations) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
3. Identify automation opportunities, drive workflow integrations, and modernize legacy processes through scalable technology solutions.
4. Monitor post-implementation system performance; manage risks, scope changes, and project milestones.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
1. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, define structure, hiring roadmap, and performance goals.
2. Serve as the technology advisor to senior management, contribute to organizational strategy and IT governance.
3. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, SLA compliance, and IT budgets.
4. Prepare technical documentation, MIS reports, and executive dashboards on IT health and project status.
