Job Context:
∎ BETELCO (Manufacturing Electric machineries in the power sector) require experienced personnel in the following fields for its expansion program. Applications are hereby invited Human Resource Division.
∎ Serves as HR solution provider for all concerns related to employee activity, adherence to policy guidelines, direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, performance management, workers training, salary related queries, trainings, employee issues. Handle attendance and leave records of employees as well as workers and ensure that all the queries should be resolved within the timeline. Support in adhering to compliance requirements and code of conduct recommended by the owning Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Policy Formulation & Maintaining Employee Relationship
∎ Planning the Employee Performance Improvement
∎ New Candidate recruitment & selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, interview arranging, joining, placement follow-up & confirmation, developments etc.
∎ Prepare appointment letter for new employee
∎ Monitor daily employee attendance, leave and prepare monthly employee attendance reports for assistance preparing salary sheet.
∎ Follow up on all employee activities
∎ Prepare different type of notice
∎ Preparing various reports on HR works & Keeping others activity records
∎ Monitor the progress of the Employee Performance Appraisal.
∎ Responsible for arranging monthly meeting, Training & development
∎ Manage and update employee personal files
∎ Managing Different types of benefits issues (Like- health insurance, vacation, Eid or yearly benefits bonus, earn leave, increments)
∎ Cross check different types of bill, memo, voucher, requisitions and leave applications
∎ Communicate with Compliance Auditors, Fire and Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation, etc.
∎ Be accountable to company management for all activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of experience including 4+ years in similar position.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Good Communication Skills (Verbal and written) both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent Computer skills, including ERP programs familiar at proficient level.
∎ Proficiency in Computer skills/Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) both in Bangla and English.
∎ Candidates with prior knowledge and experience in dealing with company, labor and environmental law are mandatory. Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and 2015.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Human Resources, Management, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):group of company/Power Sector/ Engineering Firms
