∎ BETELCO (Manufacturing Electric machineries in the power sector) require experienced personnel and applications are hereby invited Head Office for the position
∎ Jr. Executive (Purchase) for Electrical Transformer & Sub station Manufacturing Company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive requisition from factory
∎ Discuss with management to purchase
∎ Collect quotation from supplier
∎ Prepare a comparative statement
∎ Select item rate supplier
∎ Issue purchase order
∎ Monitoring delivery schedule from supplier
∎ Received MRR & challan from factory
∎ Receive bill from supplier
∎ Process bill to pay
∎ Monitoring payment schedule
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Office Microsoft, Skills Required: Office Excel
∎ Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
∎ Must be willing to take on additional job responsibilities if the need arises
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Sector/ Engineering Firms/ Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)/ Industrial Machineries (Generator/ Diesel Engine) etc.
