1.   Strong knowledge of modern agricultural practices and technologies.

2.    Good leadership and team management skills.

3.    Ability to work in field conditions and travel as required.

4.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.    Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Position: Assistant Manager/Manager – Agro Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Oversee day-to-day operations of poultry, fisheries, and dairy farms.

2. Ensure proper feeding, breeding, vaccination, and hygiene management.

3.  Monitor production performance and implement improvement plans.

4. Maintain biosecurity and disease control measures across farms.

5.    Coordinate with farm staff, veterinarians, and technical teams.

6.   Prepare and maintain reports on production, mortality, and feed consumption.

7.    Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost control.

8.    Provide training and supervision to field-level employees.

9.    Any other task assigned by the management.
