∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’ degree in Fisheries or Marine Science from a UGC-approved university.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 8-10 years of experience in maintaining a Fisheries/Cattle Firm.
∎ Should have knowledge on maintain and supervision Agricultural firm including Cultivation of vegetables, fruits, fish, poultry & dairy firm.
∎ Preference will be given to those with experience in Cattle Firms or Fisheries Firms.
∎ Willingness to reside inside farm locations.
∎ At least 8-10 years of experience in maintaining a Fisheries/Cattle Firm.
∎ Should have knowledge on maintain and supervision Agricultural firm including Cultivation of vegetables, fruits, fish, poultry & dairy firm.
∎ Preference will be given to those with experience in Cattle Firms or Fisheries Firms.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily farm operations to ensure efficient and effective management.
∎ Ensure proper feeding, watering, medication, and timely vaccination of all cattle to maintain their health and productivity.
∎ Oversee the management and maintenance of more than 26 pounds for optimal fish health and productivity.
∎ Monitor water quality parameters (pH, oxygen levels, temperature, etc.) and ensure timely corrective measures.
∎ Develop and execute feeding schedules and practices for efficient growth and feed conversion ratios.
∎ Lead and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance to support their professional development and ensure the overall growth of the farm.
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to guarantee smooth operations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of resources, costs, and other relevant data, and prepare reports as required. And identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and management for efficient operations.
∎ Monitor and ensure the security of the farm premises to prevent any unwanted incidents.
∎ Maintain effective communication with management to provide updates and address operational needs.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or authority.
