Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend pre-production meetings & gather key details to communicate with the respective person before production begins.
∎ Report quality issues or discrepancies to the authorized personnel, implements corrective actions & monitor progress.
∎ Review new order details with the team & ensuring alignment on buyer requirements and provide guidance on manpower allocation, machine selection, layout planning, targets & efficiency goals.
∎ Monitor production Processes, assess workflow, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure employee facilities are adequate.
∎ Evaluate overall process performance to ensure objectives are being met.
∎ At the end of each day, develop a plan for next production cycle, ensuring all materials and resources are place for smooth implementation, supervision & goal achievement.
∎ Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring they are properly trained, productive and compliant with safety regulations.
∎ Identify inefficiencies in the production line and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce wastage and optimize resource usage.
∎ Work closely with the inventory team to monitor raw material level and ensure availability for smooth production flow.
∎ Maintain quality daily production reports, track KPIs, & provide regular updates to the production Manager.
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as design, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless production processes.
