Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise sales team and report to section head about daily activities of team.
∎ Retain existing customer as well as source new market.
∎ Communicate and develop strong network with clients for maintaining long term business relationship
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Collect market data about business scenarios like competitors sales volume, market position etc. and suggest management about the market policy.
∎ Guide team on achieving target and preparing reports.
∎ Ensure sales targets are achieved.
∎ Ensure collection of credits from market.
∎ Prepare day to day sales report and collection report and send to immediate supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.
∎ Ability to work on MS Word, Power Point & Excel
∎ Sufficient Computer Literacy (E-Mail writing, Report writing)
∎ Ability to handle at least 5/6 Thana or Upazilla with minimum 70-80 shops.
