Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the resort.
  • Clear understanding of the resort business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to resort by corporate clients.
  • Responsibility to assist with managing the overall day to day running of all aspects of the resort, including occupancy, food and beverage and events/banqueting.
  • Responsibilities include deputizing and assisting the Line Manager with marketing and promotion, direct contribution for sale, budgeting and financial planning and pricing to adhere to agreed prices/budgets, directing and organizing all of the resort's services and maintaining applicable quality standards and records whilst assisting with the responsibility for ordering and obtaining supplies, quality control and management of all team members.
  • To assist the Line Manager in ensuring sufficient team members at all times and within agreed budgets.
  • Allocate workloads to team members.
  • Manage guest's expectations and deal and resolve with all queries.
  • Subject to agreed criteria, to assist the Line Manager in recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all resort team members to ensure targets are met.
