∎ Experience: 1–2 years of experience in ERP projects or 2–3 years of experience working in an Oracle ERP environment.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.
∎ Simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
∎ Familiarity with ERP workflows, especially Oracle modules Strong coordination and documentation capabilities.
∎ Experience: 1–2 years of experience in ERP projects or 2–3 years of experience working in an Oracle ERP environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and document user requirements for ERP modules.
∎ Coordinate with end users on daily tasks and issues.
∎ Provide prompt support to users for Oracle ERP-related queries.
∎ Assist the Project Manager in planning and decision-making through data analysis.
∎ Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents for assigned modules.
∎ Actively participate in ERP module documentation, testing, and user training sessions.
∎ Follow up on task progress and completion related to the assigned ERP module.
∎ Analyze and design system functionalities aligned with business needs.
