Job Responsibilities:
∎ GTM planning and execution will be a major role of this position. Planning with supervisor, prepare effective BTL activities for new model launch and execution in the market
∎ Other BTL activities planning and execution as per monthly requirement (Festivals, Event marketing, product promotion, sponsored activity, etc.)
∎ Execute As per monthly plan roll-out the BO construction (design finalization, agreement collection from partner, execution timeline sharing, vendor management and construction completion)
∎ Report collection from Sales & TME and monthly report submit to management
∎ Performance monitoring
∎ Monthly POSM visibility planning and execution, Regular maintenance work, monthly promotion plan and execution
∎ Collect requirement of SIS and GRT branding from sales and check with supervisor as per monthly plan
∎ Prepare report for approval and assign vendor for the execution. Share timeline with sales and follow-up execution
∎ Find out the market/OOH opportunity to enhance brand visibility in target locations as per monthly plan and direction
∎ Regular monitoring of the maintenance of the branding and changeover during the new GTM execution
∎ Prepare monthly in-store or market activation plan as per quarterly plan or demand from market
∎ Necessary budgetary approval and setting timeline for the execution. Utilize own resources and involve vendor as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have efficient execution sense and knowledge on Retail Management, Terminal Execution
∎ Efficient and impactful BO operation
∎ GTM execution and supervision as per plan
∎ Terminal & OOH roll-out as per plan and timeline
∎ Good analytical and Presentation skill
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under extreme stress
∎ Leadership with positive mind and thinking
