We are looking for qualified, sincere and hardworking individuals as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (Customer Relation & Sales) for our fast-paced reputed real estate Company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
Prospect visit, customer hunt, create market opportunities & achieve monthly sales target.
Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
Regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
Attend property viewings and provide clients with relevant information.
Keep up-to-date of industry developments and competitor activities.
Continuous market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
