Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
∎ Prepare a potential customer list and conduct regular visits to different locations.
∎ Visit corporate clients,construction site, prepare quotations and submit to the client
∎ Build networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers
∎ Communicate with target audiences, Govt. departments and private sectors
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and develop relationship with customers
∎ Prepare monthly reports, supervise and monitor the team activities
∎ Conduct sales planning and implementation
∎ Coordinate with brand manager in developing dealer market and budget
∎ Conduct market research regularly and provide feedback to supervisors
∎ Maintain detailed sales reports and report to head of the department
∎ Analysis market to identify market demand and as well as find the scope of business
∎ Ability to manage & inspire the team members.
∎ Have existing relations with coal buyers / agents / traders / brick owners who buy coal seasonally
∎ Have basic ideas about payment methods and keep upto date about market prices
∎ Forecast demand
∎ Basic ideas about coal storage like warehousing, dumping, lighterage, etc
∎ understand coal specifications in relation to CV, ash, Sulphur, Moisture, etc
∎ reporting on stock position from all centres
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have specific experience in working at a marketing level for any company currently engaged in importing and selling coal, stone to the Bangladesh private market
∎ Minimum 5 years experience on coal, stone sales & marketing
∎ Must have experience in coal, stone marketing
∎ Sales in marketing goal oriented, ambitious with capacity to drive, reach and exceed quotas
∎ Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, leadership and oral & written communication skills
∎ Demonstrated negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain customer relationship
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving
∎ Demonstrated selling ability with assertive, positive and persistent style
∎ Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
∎ Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge
∎ Organized effective time management skills
∎ Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing etc.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, anywhere in Bangladesh
