∎ In-depth knowledge of Commercial layer farming practices, including bird nutrition, health, and farm management.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle emergencies effectively.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Proficiency in data analysis tools and farm management software is a plus.
∎ Willingness to reside inside farm locations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, lighting, medication, vaccination, and ventilation systems, to ensure optimal flock growth.
∎ Monitor flock health, productivity, and overall farm performance, implementing corrective measures as needed.
∎ Plan and manage farm resources, including feed, medicine, vaccine, and equipment, ensuring their proper utilization and availability.
∎ Oversee the implementation of bio-security measures to prevent disease outbreaks and ensure flock health and vaccination programs.
∎ Maintain accurate records of flock performance, mortality rates, feed consumption, and other key metrics.
∎ Prepare and submit timely reports to senior management on farm operations and performance.
∎ Lead and supervise farm staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices.
∎ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among farm personnel.
∎ Ensure all farm activities comply with legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and standards to maintain farm competitiveness.
