∎ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field.
∎ 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures.
∎ Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
∎ Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
∎ Ability to manage stress and handle complex situations

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee employee compliance with Bank's Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Procedure and complaints related to staffs.
∎ Supports management on employee grievances, harassment, complaints etc.
∎ Conduct employee exit interviews.
∎ Counsels employees on concerns related to applicable labor law, other applicable laws, regulatory guidelines and applicable policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in employee relations and employee engagement initiatives
∎ Oversee employee compliance with Bank's Code of Conduct, Disciplinary Procedure and complaints related to staffs.
∎ Supports management on employee grievances, harassment, complaints etc.
∎ Conduct employee exit interviews.
∎ Counsels employees on concerns related to applicable labor law, other applicable laws, regulatory guidelines and applicable policies and procedures.
