Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Know & Learn about the Apartment, Plot and Land share Sales and Marketing.
∎ Must have the ability to motivate and lead the Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Should maintain the contentious communication with the clients.
∎ Must visit the Clients/ Projects randomly.
∎ Should submit and daily marketing plan and daily visit reports to the Managing Director.
∎ Overall he should be the key person to generate the newer ideas, plan & design how to increase the sale of the company.
∎ Prepare sales, self-action plan and strategies.
∎ Maintain a customer database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in Real Estate Company/ Housing Development Company.
