∎ 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
∎ 📌 Handle room reservation requests via phone, email, website, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
∎ 📌 Professionally respond to guest and travel agent inquiries in a timely manner
∎ 📌 Manage and update reservation records in the property management system
∎ 📌Monitor room availability to ensure optimal occupancy
∎ 📌 Coordinate with the Dhaka office and sales team for group bookings and special requirements
∎ 📌 Prepare and present daily reservation and occupancy reports
∎ 📌 Upsell room types and resort services to increase revenue
∎ 📌 Accurately process booking modifications, cancellations, and no-shows
∎ 📌 Maintain clear communication with guests and internal departments
∎ ✅ Job Requirements:
∎ 🔲 Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business)
∎ 🔲 1–2 years of experience in reservations or front office (resort/hotel experience preferred)
∎ 🔲 Strong communication and customer service skills
∎ 🔲 Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
∎ 🔲Good command of English (spoken and written)
∎ 🔲 Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ 🔲High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
∎ 💼 Salary and other Remuneration: As Per Negotiation
