Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze total transport cost & budget & ensure efficient utilization use of allotted funds.
Resolve employees transport related issues.
Review monthly all kinds of transport bill.
Ensure & maintain seat allocation of transport users.
Monitor internal & external workshop service level.
Follow up & resolve transport accident related issues.
Ensure renewal of company’s vehicle legal papers.
Preserve vehicle related legal documents record.
Review and correct transport schedule plan.
Ensure maintenance of Vehicle & authorize job card for damage vehicle.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics & Material control department for various logistics support .
Monitor driver attendance & log books, worker bus Attendance sheet.
