Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has experienced with E-GP and manual National/International tender submission and prepare all related document.
∎ Applicant must have to good experience in enlistment in Govt., private and other sector.
∎ Applicant must have to good experience in documentation process archive both hard copy and soft copy individual folder.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide overall cooperation for enlistment at different Govt., Semi-Govt., and other sectors.
∎ Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, equipment's needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
∎ Overall Tender preparation & Sourcing work.
∎ Ability to search and find Tenders & Projects/Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment Tender submission date, etc.) in any selected tender.
∎ Ability to Read quickly, understands thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for management discussions and Go/No Go decision making.
∎ Able to speak with /visit clients for clarifications/ information related to Bids/ Tenders/ EOI.
∎ Prepare & compile submission requirements Bids/Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online).
∎ Keep a track of Competitor's activities/pricing/market research/ industry events.
∎ Review all papers & relevant documents before tender submission and meet with company experience.
∎ Calculation of tender goods/equipment's pricing with LC, CNF VAT & TAX charge.
∎ Understanding of Govt. & private procurement process, Budget financial year TAX and VAT.
∎ Monitoring the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, accuracy and compliance & manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
∎ Time to time submit report about running tender work, progress, and processing work.
∎ Ensuring accurate and complete hard copy files and electronic filing (SCAN) archives of tender packages with all supporting documentation.
∎ Enquires, consults, and coordinates with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals and attends pre-tender meetings.
∎ Soliciting and follow-up with the design/drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing to reach cost efficiency.
∎ Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
∎ Generates weekly tender status reports highlighting processes on concerned tenders.
∎ Draft Bank guarantee (BID Bond/ PG/ Performance Security), Letter of Credit Commitment / Facilities and bill assignment documents.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Sourcing, National and International Tendering.
∎ Related experience in e-GP/Paper tender, Govt.-ALL or other sector
∎ Experienced on Sourcing & Tendering.
∎ Letter drafting (Bengali/English), Drafting Joint Venture (JV) Agreement, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Consortium Agreement and other documents.
