Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science with 2-3 years experience with same position from any reputed company.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical support and Extension Services and to field operation
∎ Field visit to farmers, AI workers, provide information, taking feedback, lesson learn and compilation of lesson/problems from field with documentation
∎ Contract farming Implementation, Monitoring , progeny data reporting
∎ Organize and selection of cattle & buffalo household contract farming.
∎ Selection of breedable cows to contract household for cross breeding with selected semen of dairy breeds
∎ Selection of existing elite cross breed for gene pool development
∎ Make agreement with farmers for contract farming
∎ Data recording about contract farming inseminations, pregnancy and calves delivery and reporting
∎ Field Training Operation
∎ Coordinate and conduct quality Farmer’s training of selected farmers to guide cadre inseminator of the company
∎ Training report and guideline preparation and reporting.
∎ Support & coordinate AISP training along with outsourcing;
∎ Communication with cadre inseminator for continuous enhance and strengthen semen market
∎ Planning of new essential and innovative products associated with insemination services for marketing
∎ Need base tour for technical support in field level (Inseminator and lead farmers)
∎ Extension work specially technology transfer along with result demonstration;
∎ Excellent team building & willing to work hard and manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
∎ AOB assign by the superior or top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having 2-3 years experience with same position from any reputed company.
∎ Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
