Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mechanical or Electrical
∎ MBA / Master's in Management / Supply Chain Management from any reputed university.
∎ Professional Degree like CSCP or PGD on SCM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, regular cost effective Sourcing and ensure uninterrupted supply of Machineries, Engineering & Sewing Spares parts and project related materials in all units and upcoming projects in due time for continuing production of the group and project.
∎ To forecast the annual requirement of Machineries, Engineering and Sewing Spares Parts & Project related materials based on production capacity of the individual unit of Group and discuss with top-level Management to determine the import policy.
∎ Colleting quotations from the best local/foreign suppliers for local/foreign purchase with a view to securing the best interest of the project.
∎ Prepared a quarterly, half yearly & yearly budget as Raw materials, Engineering & Sewing spares parts and others related project items, as well as costs.
∎ Preparing comparative statement efficiently for all procurement place it before the purchase & procurement.
∎ Coordinating and maintaining relationship with Commercial Department for opening LC and imported cargo to release from port & properly delivered to Factory Warehouses, in order to properly maintain supply-chain to smooth running all units of the entire group and project.
∎ Conduct business review meetings with the key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies, and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
∎ To ascertain the best products, services and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules, quantity and quality.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical Experience in ERP/Oracle System will give preferred.
∎ Candidates must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
∎ Experienced in collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Experience in managing large inventory and bulk purchase
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English.
∎ Able to work well under pressure.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Skills Required: Purchase, Strategic Procurement.
