Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture or Related agricultural field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and maintain water quality (Fish Hatchery, Nursery and grow out Ponds).
∎ Maintain fish health & nutrition and make sure hygiene standards are high to prevent disease.
∎ Pond preparation for Culture, Nursery and Stock ponds
∎ Ensure the water supply is of a sufficient quality for the stock.
∎ Keep check of fish for disease, preventing and treating infection.
∎ Keep records of the numbers and size of fish, sampling data analysis.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Ensure proper food supply for fish, Medication, treatment, and maintain those data.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan or Seasonal plan with financial analysis.
∎ Ensure farm's administrative activities (keep up to date farm's papers, address workers grievance, maintain discipline, evaluate performance and implement training programs)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in Fisheries cultivation in Pond using different aerators and auto feeders and others advance aquaculture system.
∎ Clear knowledge on Fish breeding, Nursing and Fish stock management and monitoring the health of the fish.
