Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Alphatek Engineering Limited is seeking motivated sales professionals to join its board. The company plans to increase its market presence by expanding its Sales Team and Sales Zones, specifically in Dhaka, Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Chattogram, Bogura, Kushtia, Jessore, and Khulna. The primary role of the candidate will be to expand our market presence and boost sales in the Electrical, Power, and Industrial sectors of Bangladesh through door-to-door customer visits.
∎ Identify and target potential customers in the Electrical, Power, and Industrial sectors.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to expand sales zones, including Dhaka, Savar, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Chattogram, Bogura, Kushtia, Jessore, and Khulna.
∎ Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell products and services.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
∎ Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
∎ Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
