∎ Minimum Graduation (Major in Marketing preferable) in Business Discipline from any Reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve monthly/annual sales target.
∎ Should have ability to handle diversified multi category products mix.
∎ Maintain sales volume, product mix, supply and demand, Monitoring costs. Changing trends, competitor's movement.
∎ Planning, organizing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
∎ Forecasting future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎
∎ Follow up the stock and production report as well as delivery schedule.
∎ Cooperate with team members to reach the goal and create market opportunity.
∎ Interacting with customer to create their interest about the product
∎ Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skill Required: Dealer management, Dealer sales, Dealer development.
∎ At least two years' experience on sales and Marketing (FMCG) about baby goods in a reputed company.
∎ Must be working experience in the field of sales and marketing area of any Brand or Reputed company (Retail).

Salary: Negotiable
