∎ B.Sc in CIVIL Engineering will be given preference.

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge about Steel & R.C.C. building; preferably steel building.
∎ Client hunt and creating Marketing opportunity.
∎ Handle client's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Work closely with all related team to ensure customer and suppliers satisfactorily.
∎ Gathering market and customer information.
∎ Continuously search for new marketing opportunities.
∎ Good interpersonal skill, energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Prepare everyday movement plan.
∎ To focus on sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Achieve the sales and collection target.
∎ Make routine visits to the potential clients.
∎ Developing business relations with client.
∎ Collect necessary market info and prepare monthly report.
∎ Visit corporate and other markets all over Bangladesh as required generating revenue.
∎ Responsible for achieving targets, after sales servicing and bill collection.
∎ Should be able to self motivate and work under pressure.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of documentation & weekly / monthly reporting to the departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proper Knowledge on Marketing & Sales for Steel Building Company.
∎ Proper knowledge of Auto CAD & Microsoft Office.
Salary: Negotiable
