Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical with MBA from Public University or Reputed Private University.
∎ CGPA below 3 or below first division is not acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully communicating with the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Identify, research and develop new clients in the local market.
∎ Arrange and conduct site visits/tours as required.
∎ Maintain all phone and e-mail contacts, ensuring return of all calls and e-mails.
∎ Work with and professionally interact with the department head.
∎ Follow up and resolve any Corporate Sales client complaints with operational departments.
∎ Ensure that all corporate contracts, billings, etc. are processed accurately.
∎ Work with the Sales Coordinator to process all contracts in a timely manner, maintain client files to Sales standards.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with team building techniques.
∎ Willingness and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Internet is must.
∎ Experience is much more considerable than the qualification.
