∎ Should have vast knowledge on process, planning, line set-up;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Production Manager to ensure correct requirement is being made as per plan;
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow-up;
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine, and materials based on order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity;
∎ Analyze and develop plans for improving workflow, space, and labor utilization and design equipment layout;
∎ Assist to ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability and follow-up floors for effectively planning implementation;
∎ Forecasting targets for daily and monthly & work with a team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production records;
∎ Capacity to maintain safety, social & environmental compliance in production floor to ensure zero NC;
∎ Monitoring the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to perform the jobs effectively to enhance the productivity;
∎ Assist to conducting the capacity study, time study, and method study in each and every size wise production;
∎ Responsible for order-wise input/output record;
∎ Analyze the critical processes and ensure process standardization;
∎ Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) by performance evaluation and ensuring corrective action;
∎ Ensure training & motivate workers to achieve the target without compromising quality;
∎ Ensuring effective communication with the supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity;
∎ Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery;
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time, as deemed necessary.
