Responsibilities & Context:
Assit manager to plan and oversee daily operations for Nylon & Vislon zipperr product lines.
Prepare production schedules, monitor material availability, and ensure on-time output delivery.
Understand how to track process performance (OEE, yield rate, downtime) and implement corrective actions.
Analyze process bottlenecks and propose productivity improvement measures.
Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.
Understand and Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean Production).
Monitoring production, setting efficiency targets, and ensuring line balancing.
Achieving target productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth operational transition for mass production.
Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with product quality cost and safety standards.
Priority understand chinese language.
