Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare comprehensive credit analysis reports on a monthly basis. Share these reports with the marketing and sales teams to facilitate informed decision-making regarding credit extensions.
∎ Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on credit terms for potential customers.
∎ Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to credit sales and recovery diligently. Ensure that all credit-related activities are conducted in compliance with company policies.
∎ Identify critical customers with overdue payments and engage in regular visits to ensure payment resolution.
∎ Communicate with sales and operations teams regarding any changes in credit terms or customer behavior.
∎ Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.
∎ Initiate communication with customers for overdue payments, resolve disputes, and negotiate repayment plans when necessary.
∎ Provide regular updates and insights to management on credit risk, outstanding receivables, and collection progress.
∎ Continuously assess and enhance credit management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Identify areas of improvement in credit policies and recommend adjustments to minimize risk exposure.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments to align credit management strategies with business objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
∎ Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
∎ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to credit and collections.
