Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the entire operational activities of Security Dept.
∎ Practical experience of 4/5 years, working with management level dealing with support staff i.e. Care Taker, Cleaner, Security Guards in a well reputed Real Estate/ Security Company.
∎ Preparing and supervising the duty roaster and ensue the service standard of team members
∎ Monitoring recruitment, posting and supervision of support staffs
∎ Communicate with the Customers (Committee) of service projects to ensure necessary support as per customer requirements
∎ Visit all ongoing and service projects and surprise night visit to ensure quality of the service.
∎ Supervise and prepare monthly salary, attendance sheet, as well as all reports of Security Dept.
∎ Maintain personal file of support staff, store, store register, admission registers etc.
∎ Carry out inquiry/ investigation and take action accordingly.
