Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Fire & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline.

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

• 4–6 years of experience in corporate or industrial security/safety management.
• Experience in vendor coordination, emergency planning, or HSE compliance is preferred.
• Ex defence personnel will get high preference.

1. Workplace Security Management :

• Implement and supervise daily security protocols at corporate offices, factories, warehouses, and project sites.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for surveillance, access control, and physical security.
• Ensure functioning of CCTV, biometric systems, and perimeter security equipment.

2. Fire Safety and Emergency Preparedness :

• Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation simulations, and safety awareness sessions.
• Maintain and inspect firefighting equipment and safety signage as per legal and internal standards.
• Develop and update emergency response plans in coordination with Admin, HR, and Facility teams.

3. Contract & Vendor Management – Security Services :

• Monitor and manage performance of third-party security service providers.
• Develop service-level agreements (SLAs), ensure manpower planning, and supervise duty rosters.
• Audit and evaluate vendor compliance with contractual terms and company standards.

4. Incident Management & Reporting :

• Investigate and document all safety/security incidents and breaches.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where necessary.
• Submit periodic incident analysis reports with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) recommendations.

5. Compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Standards :

• Ensure all security and safety operations align with national HSE regulations and Akij Resource internal policies.
• Participate in safety audits and support implementation of ISO or relevant certification initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements to mitigate hazards.
