Responsibilities & Context:
Controlling and managing company`s suppliers focusing on the materials for production
Working with multiple vendors and ensure best price along with quality
Coordinating, supervising, evaluating, and planning for all purchase after consulting
Ensuring raw materials and parts at the most competitive price and on time delivery
Identifying new suppliers, developing vendor, agreeing terms, and negotiating supply agreements
Establishing strategic relationships with key suppliers
Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criteria
Continually improving purchasing methods
Fostering close working relationships with other department
