Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Textile Engineer from any reputed public University (Will be preferable).
∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing and monitoring the daily Sample Production Plan with Production Target.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in making Sample. Assess samples and provide approval for Production.
∎ Technical Assessment of all the development samples.
∎ Communicate with Buyer/ Customer if required.
∎ Analyzing, controlling & reducing cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Communicating with the Sections regarding the work plan and completion as per daily requirement.
∎ Lead the Team members of Sample Room to ensure all samples are made under customers' requirements within the given schedule.
∎ Establishing & maintaining operational guidelines, procedure & practice
∎ Necessary initiative has to take in order to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection
∎ Evaluating staff performance, ensuring floor discipline.
∎ Organizing meeting with the Department heads as per requirement.
∎ Carrying out any other jobs assigned from time to time.
∎ Organizing required Training for the Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having technical knowledge of design, pattern or equivalent qualification for making sample elastic items in realistic and functional way.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sample Section Management, Sampling.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Accessories & Textile.
∎ Sound knowledge in Knit & sample making.
∎ Sound knowledge in fabrics, accessories, trims, fashion trends, fashionable wash (if necessary), etc.
∎ Leadership Approach; Strong creative vision.
∎ Applicant should be self -motivated & honest.
∎ Must have basic computer skill, MS Word, MS Excel, E mail etc.
∎ Problem Solving skills and Analysis.
