Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead, supervise, and manage a sales team of 40–50 members
• Motivate team members and take necessary initiatives to improve team productivity
• Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through proper planning and execution
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance and support
• Conduct call quality checks (QC) and provide counseling to team members
• Arrange and deliver training sessions to improve team performance
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports
