Job Context:
∎ Job Location :
∎ Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selling real estate products & client dealings.
∎ Profitable negotiation for sales.
∎ Organizing after sales service.
∎ Meeting sales target (individual & team).
∎ Sales road map preparation and meet the target.
∎ Assist, recommend and provide decision in inter Departmental issues.
∎ Collection monitoring and implementation.
∎ Coordinating with director on client outstanding.
∎ Position and help to formulate default collection strategies.
∎ Pursuing team members for default collection and overseeing their progress.
∎ Providing motivation and suggestions to the team Members as and when required.
∎ Liaison with architects.
∎ Conduct market survey with competitors move analysis.
∎ Setting and revising prices at regular intervals.
∎ Maintaining network and relationship with corporate clients and LO's.
∎ Assisting the team on the regular marketing communication and advice HOD on the appropriate marketing strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fairly Good in English & Bengali .
∎ Requirement can be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Salary:
∎ This is a commission-based position and will not offer you a regular monthly salary.Those who desire to draw less than BDT 50,000/ on monthly basis are discourage to apply.
