Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing Sales, Medical College and Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall be in full control of the hospital marketing team
∎ Overall Supervision marketing & sales
∎ Shall be responsible to Manager
∎ Shall provide leadership qualities
∎ Planning, development and budget monitoring of Sales & Marketing
∎ Making plans and initiating effective measures to increase business.
∎ Exercise of power to the marketing staffs under him ( Uniform, Timely attendance, job responsibilities, Work etiquette , Fraud activities, firing etc )
∎ Salary Preparation of Marketing Team
∎ Preparing everyday reports of marketing and submitting to General Manager
∎ Interacting with hospital partners, arranging their payments through accounts office.
∎ Coordination & interaction with consultants, doctors & patients.
∎ Ensuring Surgeon payments
∎ Interaction and assigning duties to marketing staffs for smooth running of sales.
∎ Do meetings once every week with the heads of the department and find solutions to problems
∎ Managing VIP/ Corporate. Personally attending them for smooth service.
∎ Assume FULL responsibilities of the marketing/sales operations and any other responsibility assigned by management.
∎ Ensure confidentiality in his work
∎
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Other Sales Incentives are applicable over Basic Salary.
