Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced sales environment. The candidate must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Attend and manage client meetings, property visits, and follow-up communications.
Guide potential buyers through the purchasing process, including documentation and legal formalities.
Maintain and update a database of prospective and existing clients.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular follow-up and professional service.
Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to support sales campaigns and events.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.Train and support junior sales team members when necessary.
