Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Sales Team: Assist sales executives in achieving targets through guidance and strategy development.
∎ Lead Generation & Client Handling: Identify potential customers, nurture leads, and manage client relationships.
∎ Negotiation and Deal Closing: Facilitate negotiations, ensure smooth transactions, and finalize sales agreements.
∎ Market Analysis: Research real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agents.
∎ Team Supervision: Oversee and support the sales & marketing team, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
∎ Training & Development: Provide training to new team members on sales techniques, customer handling, and company policies.
∎ Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
∎ Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Campaign Execution: Support in planning and implementing real estate marketing campaigns.
∎ Digital & Offline Marketing: Assist in social media promotions, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
∎ Client Events & Property Showcases: Organize property expos, client meetings, and site visits to boost engagement.
∎ Sales & Business Development:
