• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Studies (MBS)

MBA in Marketing will be preferred

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Be able to work under pressure.

• Must be honest, Motivated & sincere.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & internet browsing.

• Motorcycle Driving with license will be preferred

• Monthly sales target oriented

• Monitoring sales team and achieve growth

• Everyday market visit & find-out customers demand.

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to guide and mentor sales team.

• Planning, organization and problem solving skills.

• Advanced time management skills.

• Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop a plan to fulfill them.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirs needs.

• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.

• Deeply knowledge about competitor company products & price.

• Follow organization policies and regulation that affect the sales department.

• Prepare reporting as needed
