Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Marketing would be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly sales target oriented
∎ Monitoring sales team and achieve growth
∎ Everyday market visit & find-out customers demand.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
∎ Ability to guide and mentor sales team.
∎ Planning, organization and problem solving skills.
∎ Advanced time management skills.
∎ Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding theirs needs.
∎ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
∎ Deeply knowledge about competitor company products & price.
∎ Follow organization policies and regulation that affect the sales department.
∎ Prepare reporting as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be honest, Motivated & sincere.
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & internet browsing.
∎ Motorcycle Driving with license will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
