• The applicants should have experience the following area(s).
• Applicant must have marketing and sales experience in developer companies.
• Must be fluent both in Bangla and English with the right pronunciation.
• Must be skilled in social media and email communication.
• Must know internet browsing well.
• Should possess the excellent communication skills.
• Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Sound basic knowledge about Internet Broadband related terms.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is excited to join the team as Assistant Manager of Sales & Marketing.

Job Description & Responsibility :

• Assists the Manager of Sales & Marketing to growing the client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the company.

• Performing all the duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with

• established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

• Analyses sales and market statistics to determine profitability of sold business and opportunities within the market.

• Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans.

• Manages existing client accounts, designs and achieves individual sales goals and action plans to

• generate revenues. Communication with target customers and managing relationships in respect to Sales and

• Marketing related whole issues.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

• Overall management of the Clients requirements.

• Handle all Clients in a professional manner and maintain records.

• Develop and preferably an excellent communication and client care skills.

• Ensure the services is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company. To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents by keeping records.

• Systemic filling of all documents.

• Ensure customer satisfaction to utmost level.

• Coordinate with marketing team and ensure fast support to the customers. Should have the detailed information about the projects and company.

• Collect customers` feedback along with their likes and dislikes.

• Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, photography/videography, print production, media and digital.

• First point of to receive calls and convey appropriate messages to the clients professionally. Responsible to handle callers` queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and outbound calls.

• Create and maintain daily and monthly report about customer interactions.

• Other duties as assigned by the superior/higher authority.
