∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ A master’s degree/MBA in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Educational qualifications will be relaxed if you have significant and practical work experience. Candidate should have a valid motor bike license.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise & lead the smooth and effective functioning of the sales to drive top-line growth in existing as well as new markets and prepare innovative sales plans to achieve higher value realization.
∎ Assist in the formulation of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the organization through inputs in terms of market assessments, trends, and likely movements to ensure the development of a realistic business plan and its implementation.
∎ Formulate policies and guidelines for the smooth functioning and satisfaction of channel partners like trader & corporate.
∎ Maintain relationships with customers by receiving & resolving customer queries to improve customer experience.
∎ Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation and ensure monthly and yearly targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
