Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Extensive experience in Construction Stone Chips, Cement Raw Materials (Slag, Clinker, Limestone, Gypsum), and Coal trading is highly preferred.           

  • Preference will be given to candidates experienced in stone and clinker trading.



Responsibilities & Context:

Madina Trading Corporation, a subsidiary of Madina Group, is seeking two Assistant Managers (Trading) to join its Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales, particularly in Construction Materials Trading, with a preference for those experienced in stone and clinker trading.

  • Develop and execute direct marketing strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales volume & work diligently to achieve sales targets set by the management.        

  • Schedule appointments with both existing and potential customers & visit customers to understand their requirements and preferences.        

  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels with corporate clients.        

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive client list, including their product requirements & regularly follow up with clients to address their needs effectively.       

  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques to convince customers and close deals professionally.       

  • Work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the management & provide regular updates and reports to the relevant authority as required.
