Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any discipline or MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Business Development, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as consumer relationship management, advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create attainable Sales target for the sales team.
∎ Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Develop promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Fulfilling daily and monthly KPI set by the management of ASM and ZM.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Acquire product information of competitor's product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
∎ Develop social media and content of digital marketing.
∎ Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of the product.
∎ Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in sales.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
