Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct daily outdoor visits for client prospecting and meetings, emphasizing relationship-building in field marketing efforts.
∎ Onboard new clients through personalized interactions and presentations.
∎ Focus on exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
∎ Encourage a culture of innovation, prompting the team to explore new ideas for business sales and growth.
∎ Implement creative and effective strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
∎ Engage with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales activities.
∎ Implement robust follow-up procedures to ensure client satisfaction and provide excellent after-sales service.
∎ Must have Digital Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Identify and pursue new opportunities in B2B, B2C, and wholesale sectors.
∎ Utilize networking, social media, telemarketing, and email marketing to expand the client base.
∎ Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
∎ Focus on long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
∎ Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.
∎ Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business goals.
∎ Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the industry.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations for adopting relevant technologies to enhance marketing and sales efforts.
∎ Foster effective communication within the workplace, promoting a collaborative environment.
∎ Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
∎ Develop professional and visually appealing sales and marketing collateral materials.
