Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline or MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have complete knowledge on quotation and costing.
∎ Should have complete knowledge on the marketing of printing composite project.
∎ Should be capable of assisting in the annual marketing plan of the project.
∎ Should be proficient in bringing work/meeting the target by regular field work and client communication, according to the annual plan.
∎ Should be very prompt and efficient in bill collection after completing any work.
∎ Regularly searching the work/project of the government and private organizations by tender-websites, and make important decisions on Tender Dropping in collaboration with Anupam management by regular tender-website search.
∎ Should be able to meet the target in every two months.
∎ Capable of completing the registration formalities with the government and private organizations by utilizing own network. Should take decision in collaboration with Anupam management in this regard.
∎ Finally, ensuring the organizations to settle down with a minimum 30% profit annually, in accordance with the management of Anupam.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in marketing.
∎ Strong verbal and oral communication in both Bangla & English.
∎ Strong leadership qualities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenges and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
