∎ Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
∎ Collaborate with marketing to enhance promotional activities and align sales efforts.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contribute to the development of best sales practices.
