Pridesys IT Ltd. is looking for a smart and passionate individual who wants to build career sales as Assistant Manager, Sales – ERP following to assist and grow our ERP software business across Bangladesh. The incumbent’s key responsibility is generating business required sales lead, adhering departments requirements and play as a contributor of company’s revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, strategic account management.
• Ability to sell business outcomes (control, compliance, visibility, cost reduction) instead of just software features
• Strong discovery skills: asking the right questions, mapping pain points to ERP modules
• Understanding common ERP areas: Finance, HR/Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Production/Manufacturing, Fixed Assets
• Building trust and managing multiple decision-makers and influencers
• Managing long sales cycles with patience and structured follow-ups
• Clear presentation skills for solution positioning
• Strong proposal storytelling: problem → solution → value → timeline → commercial
• Experience selling ERP in Manufacturing/RMG/Distribution/FMCG
• Generate new leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn/email outreach, referrals, events, and partner channels.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in assigned industries/territories/accounts.
• Work with Presales to arrange demos, prepare solution fitment, and confirm scope.
• Gather requirements and support solution documentation (scope, modules, users, integrations, timeline).
• Ensure proposed solution matches customer needs and implementation feasibility.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with pricing policies.
• Drive deal closure with clear next steps, follow-ups, and decision timelines.
• Update CRM daily with accurate opportunity stage, value, probability, next action, and close date.
• Provide weekly forecasts and participate in pipeline review meetings.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback from the field.
• Share inputs with product/management regarding local compliance needs, reporting gaps, and integration demand.
