Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the sales strategy to meet sales targets and revenue goals in national level.
∎ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Dealers, Retailers and partners to ensure sales target.
∎ Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in both B2B and B2C segments.
∎ Manage a sales team, set clear performance objectives and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to ensure optimal team performance.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for an Assistant Manager, Sales who will assist to drive the national sales for its Engine Oil & Additives Brand - Liqui Moly. Major Job Responsibilities are -
