Additional Requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding sales and operation
  • Strong knowledge of overall freight forwarding and shipping services
  • Proven track record of achieving GP targets
  • Excellent negotiation, business communication and Presentation skills
  • Good command over English (written & spoken)
  • Good knowledge of computer literacy especially MS Office, PowerPoint, Teams etc.

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s freight forwarding services. The applicants should have experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, port and depot services, supply chain etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop local and overseas businesses and achieve sales target.

  • Communicate and follow up with local and overseas customers and agents.

  • Market research and making sales strategy.

  • Communicate and coordinate with local suppliers, factories, buying houses, shipping lines and airlines.

  • Maintain liaison with depot and port related concerned department/staff.

  • Properly and errorless submit EGM/IGM in Asycuda for ocean shipment.

  • Proven track record of experiences in ocean import & export shipment operation.

  • Checking documents properly for import and export shipments.

  • Prepare and execute necessary documents (HBL, Manifests, Invoices, EDI etc.)
